Good things to ask.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. The photo is used only to make your book, seen only by us while we make and check it, and deleted once your book is done, or sooner if you ask. It is never sold and never used to train AI. Full detail is on our privacy page.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we're glad to explain how. An illustrator's tool paints your child's likeness into our own hand-built artwork, which is what lets the hero really look like them. A real person then checks every page, and nothing is printed until you've approved the proof. Your child's photo is never used to train AI.
How long does it take?
We email a proof to approve, usually within a few days of your order. Once you're happy, your hardcover is printed and posted, around two weeks from order to doorstep.
What age is it for?
It's a read-aloud picture book, best for roughly ages two to seven. The story is gentle and the child is always the hero.
Can I see it before it's printed?
Always. Nothing prints until you've seen a proof of your book and said yes.
